Following the security issues with mods highlighted a few days ago, CDPR has released the latest hotfix update to address the issue. The 1.12 hotfix includes the following:
This update addresses the vulnerability that could be used as part of remote code execution (including save files):
- Fixed a buffer overrun issue.
- Removed/replaced non-ASLR DLLs.
